Our monthly subscription provides year-round tax insight and services. Subscribers agree to pay the fees applicable to their chosen service plan. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for tax preparation and consulting services. Clients must notify us promptly of any changes to their financial situation or personal circumstances that may affect their tax obligations.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. All client information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. However, please be aware that we may be required to disclose information under legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Palmettos & Prickly Pears is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in service delivery or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients will remain liable for any outstanding fees due for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Palmettos & Prickly Pears operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
